Cynthia Sass is a registered dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and plant based performance nutritionist in private practice in Los Angeles. 

Sass has consulted for five professional sports teams, and has privately counseled Oscar, Grammy, and Emmy winners, CEOs, and pro athletes in numerous sports. Sass earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition science from Syracuse University, in addition to a master’s degree in public health from the University of South Florida. She also has formal training in plant based culinary arts and mindfulness meditation. A three time New York Times bestselling author, Sass is a frequent writer, speaker, and media expert.
