I struggled with my own relationship with food for many years. I had disordered AF eating habits and body image thanks to really stupid nutrition information and crazy diets. Those struggles are what sent me on my journey to study nutrition. Through science-based nutrition education and mindful eating, I’ve found the key to having it all. It’s possible to eat delicious food, drink cocktails, and exercise because you enjoy it and feel amazing in your body.
