What’s more fun than wandering the aisles of Costco and seeing what new products you could find?

While nothing hits the spot more than a Costco sample when you’re hungry, navigating the superstore when you have nutrition in mind can get a little tricky.

I put together this post to help you identify products that have my stamp of approval!

DESSERTS AND SWEETS

YASSO BARS

These frozen greek yogurt bars have 100 calories and 5 grams of protein and if you’re not a fan of the tanginess of greek yogurt, you’ll love how sweet and creamy these are! 🍦

ISLAND WAY SORBET

These aren’t a “diet” product but they’re just naturally lower in calories and so fun to eat out of the shell! 🥥

TRU FRU STRAWBERRY

Who doesn’t love a chocolate covered strawberry? And yes, these are REAL strawberries as the first ingredient! 🍓

JOJO’S DARK CHOCOLATE

If you love chocolate but struggle with portion control, you have to try these! One portion is 3 well-sized squares! 🍫

DRIZZILICIOUS MINI RICE CAKE BITES

I’ve been a fan of these for years and was so excited to see the individual bags available at Costco! 💕

JUNIORS MINI CHEESECAKES

140 calories for real cheesecake? Sign me up! 🍮

SKINNYDIPPED PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Sweetened with allulose, these peanut butter cups have only 2 g of sugar but you’d never know from how good they taste 🥜

RIPVAN WAFELS

Mini dutch caramel and vanilla waffles for 35 calories each?! These are perfect when you just need a little something sweet with your coffee 🧇

CONDIMENTS AND SEASONINGS

PRIMAL KITCHEN BUFFALO SAUCE

Buffalo Sauce 🌶️- I toss this with my panko baked chicken nuggets or cauliflower

CHOSEN FOODS AVOCADO OIL SPRAY

Avocado Oil 🥑 Spray- This is a staple that I always have on hand. This is 100% avocado oil- no propellants.

BETTER THAN BOUILLON BASE

Chicken 🍗 Base- I love that I can keep the in the refrigerator and just use a little at a time and not need to open a full can of chicken broth.

DON PANCHO CILANTRO LIME EVERYTHING SAUCE

Cilantro Lime Crema- I mix this with shredded cabbage to make a quick slaw 🥗 and serve it with tacos 🌮, chicken sausage, or just as a snack!

GOOD FOODS AVOCADO MASH

Avocado Mash 🥑- This is great for making avocado toast without having to worry about your avocado being ripe when you’re ready to use it!

HANNAH TZATZIKI

Tzatziki is one of my favorite condiments. I love using it as a dressing or dip for chicken 🍗

TRUFFLE PARMESAN AND BLACK GARLIC SEASONING

This is new to me. I’ve been using this on my veggies, potatoes, popcorn and even tried it on pizza. This is ‘on the level’

TRUFF BLACK TRUFFLE HOT SAUCE

Love this on eggs 🍳 or drizzled over warm popcorn 😍

MOREY’S MARINATED WILD ALASKAN SALMON

These fillets are so versatile. They’re seasoned but can be tweaked to your liking! Try this with a teriyaki or peanut sauce tossed with edamame pasta for and you’ll get 46 grams of protein! Or serve over rice/preferred carb 🍚

TRIDENT ALASKAN SALMON BURGERS

These are great for the easiest fish tacos you’ll ever make. Add some shredded cabbage and a pineapple salsa! 🍍

SOUS VIDE SLICED GRASS-FED BEEF SIRLOIN

This is seasoned and cooked so you have so many ways you can use it! Would be great with caramelized onions, swiss cheese and slaw (You can get @wildbrine at @Costco)

COLUMBUS SEASONED TURKEY BURGERS

I love that these are 1/3 lb instead of 1/4 lb. These are great with cubed baked sweet potatoes, BBQ sauce, and any air fried vegetable for a little crunch 👌🏻
