If you’ve followed me on Instagram or listened to my podcast for any length of time, you know I freaking hate all the BS that’s thrown around in the nutrition world. I swear if I see one more post about how quinoa is bad for you or that bananas have too many carbs…

You might also know I struggled with my own relationship with food for many years. I had disordered AF eating habits and body image thanks to really stupid nutrition information and crazy diets.

Those struggles are what sent me on my journey to study nutrition. When I learned to give myself grace when I wasn’t “perfect,” slowly but surely, my relationship with food transformed. Through science-based nutrition education and mindful eating, I’ve found the key to having it all. It’s possible to eat delicious food, drink cocktails, and exercise because you enjoy it and feel amazing in your body.

That’s why I want to pass along this essential knowledge to as many people as possible (without you needing to commit years of nutrition school and working in the field).

So you can stop dieting but still meet your goals—through nutrition education and support from someone who’s been there.
