Nicole is a Registered Dietitian that specializes in thyroid health. She started her career as a NICU Dietitian where she likes to say she grew babies for a living but once she had her own babies, she needed a part-time job. This took her into working in dialysis where she saw a side of Healthcare that she didn’t care for and pivoted her career to start her own private practice.

Nicole is also a health warrior herself. She has half a thyroid and didn’t like how she was constantly exhausted, having sleep issues, anxiety, and so much more. She took years of studying thyroid health and getting herself to a better place with her thyroid, and she wrote a book on thyroid health for others to do the same. The Healthy Thyroid Guide is a successful book on Amazon and walks you through how to take back control of your health through nutrition and lifestyle habits.
