Whiskey Smash Cocktail

You know the cool girl who watches football and drinks whiskey on the rocks? Yeah… that’s not me. The only thing I like about football is that if I let my husband watch it all day, I have something to dangle over his head when I want to watch Vanderpump Rules. I know this is an unpopular opinion but I honestly think watching football (I mean, actually WATCHING the game, not snacking and drinking) is one of the most BORING things in the world. I just don’t understand how a game that should take 1 hour drags on for hours on end. Ugh.

Anyway, I’m personally not a whiskey and football girl but I AM a girl who likes coming up with fun and guilt free cocktails and let’s face it, people like whiskey and when they come to your house, it’s nice to know how to whip up a good whiskey cocktail that’s not an old fashioned… am I right?

Introducing the “Whiskey Smash”. It’s a blend of fresh mint (ALWAYS fresh mint… I can’t get enough) wish fresh squeezed lemon and it catches the attention of even a whiskey NON-drinker like me. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Now we’re off to go see Jerry Seinfeld for the second time and I need another glass of wine!
