Vanilla Collagen Pudding Shots

I made these vanilla collagen pudding shots using NuNaturals Organic Stevia and Monkfruit Sweetener, Pourable Vanilla Syrup and Collagen Peptides.

How cute are these little dessert shooter cups? I got them on Amazon (where else?)

Vanilla Collagen Pudding Shots

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the 2 cups milk of almond milk in a saucepan.

  2. Meanwhile, whisk cornstarch and the 1/2 cup milk until dissolved.

  3. When milk is warm, add cornstarch mixture and egg yolks, stirring constantly and bring to a boil. Once boiling, stir constantly ~3 minutes. Lower to simmer and simmer a few minutes. Turn off heat.

  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients, then let cool completely. Refrigerate a few hours, uncovered, where it will get much thicker.

NOTES:

  • Each serving is ~1/2 cup
