Livi is a meat scientist, PhD candidate and Registered Dietitian based in Chicago. Livi is extremely knowledgeable about meat and animal science. Livi taught Meat science at Texas Tech University and now works full time as a Senior Meat Scientist in a technical research and sales role. In addition, she owns her own nutrition coaching company Revival Wellness & Nutrition
