If you’re looking for a grown up version of a Rice Krispie treat, you HAVE to try these. They’re honestly so easy to make, don’t require an oven and taste amazing (even if you don’t like Fiber One cereal)

High Fiber Marshmallow Treats

Serves: 12

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large pan, melt butter over low heat.

  2. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove pan from heat.

  3. Add Fiber One Cereal and stir well until coated.

  4. Spoon balls onto parchment paper and allow to cool

Notes:

  1. You can add any additional ingredients to your fiber one treats.
