I usually work out in the morning which means that breakfast typically serves as my “post-workout meal” But, sometimes life gets in the way and I have to switch it up and when that happens, I love to make a this chocolatey smoothie to ensure that I get some protein in without ruining my appetite for dinner.

I’ve also eliminated the collagen and greek yogurt and have had this as a dessert because it’s really that good!
