If you’re looking for a really easy, low carb, weeknight meal then you came to the right place. Stir fry is great but sometimes it gets boring. If you need an asian alternative to whip up in less than 10 minutes then you NEED to try this recipe. The prep is super easy and doesn’t really require any crazy ingredients!
You could serve this on it’s own, with cauliflower rice or regular rice or you can even turn it into an egg roll– stay tuned for a tutorial on that! I will post it next week!
