In this post, I’m excited to share with you my top 20 fall products from Trader Joe’s – each one a perfect blend of nutrition, convenience, and those quintessential fall flavors we all love.

Whether you’re a fan of comforting soups, crunchy snacks, or are looking for some low calorie desserts, there’s something here for everyone to enjoy!

Let’s dive into these featured products…

1. Envy Apples

I’m obsessed with these apples. They’re a hybrid of Royal Gala and Braeburn and they have the perfect crunchy texture and sweet taste.

2. Cauliflower butternut squash risotto

This is great on it’s own or with regular rice mixed in.

3. Pumpkin Nonfat greek yogurt

My current combo is this yogurt + whipped cream + graham cracker crumbs.

4. Pumpkin Butternut Squash Bisque

This is great as a soup but I’ll do you one better… bring this to boil on the stove and then reduce to a simmer and let it thicken. Add 1-2 tbsp of half & half and you have a creamy pasta sauce.

5. Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps

I love these broken up over a hot bowl of soup or as croutons in a salad.

6. Dry Roasted Maple Almonds

These are also great in the pumpkin yogurt or as a snack on their own.

7. Butternut Squash Zig-ZagS

I love these in the air fryer. I spritz them with avocado oil spray and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.

8. Sweet & Savory Spatchcocked Chicken

I love TJ’s spatchcocked chickens and this is their newest variety. All you have to do is take the chicken out of the package and put it in a pan in the oven. Done.

9. Pumpkin Overnight Oats

I love these for a pre-workout snack.

10. Pumpkin Body ScruB

I love TJ’s body scrubs and lotions. I buy this every year- perfect for exfoliating before a spray tan.

11. GLUTEN FREE PUMPKIN RAVIOLI

These are great paired with chicken sausage and a little brown butter (just melt butter with sage, basil, salt, pepper and nutmeg).

12. FALL HARVEST SALSA

If you’re looking for a sweeter salsa that’s perfect for fall- this is it! Tomatillos are paired with pumpkin, butternut squash, jalapenos and apples.

13. PUMPKIN BUTTER

I love adding this into greek yogurt or oatmeal or as a dip for apples.

14. PUMPKIN GINGER HOLD THE CONE

These are my favorite flavor of TJ’s famous Hold The Cones and they only come around this time of year!

15. ROOT VEGETABLE FRIES

Roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, and parsnips come together for the perfect fall version of french fries!

16. MASHED SWEET POTATOES

I love mashed potatoes but I hate making them because of the prep. These come in little portioned disks which makes it so easy to throw together. You can even use them as a shortcut for your sweet potato casserole!

17. MINI SPICY PUMPKIN SAMOSAS

Need an appetizer to serve for Thanksgiving? At 40 calories a pop, these aren’t only festive and delicious but they’re also a calorie steal.

18. Apple Cider Hand Soap

I always love to pick up the seasonal hand soaps at Trader Joe’s!

19. AUTUMNAL HARVEST CREAMY PASTA SAUCE

This is like the fall version of vodka sauce only sweeter. And at 100 calories per 1/2 cup, you would never know that this creamy sauce is actually a healthy option!

20. HarvestBlend Herbal Tea

I always love to pick up the seasonal hand soaps at Trader Joe’s!

Have you had any of these? What’s your favorite Trader Joe’s fall product?
